Sales and Payment Details
Pricing: Each item has a fixed price. Price (including sales tax) is listed on the same page with product information.
Payment Method:
Advanced Payment: Bank Transfer or Credit Card
Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment for products is collected by postal service upon delivery (additional ¥400 service charge).
Time for Processing and Sending: Upon confirming payment method, and transfer of funds in the case of advanced payment, we can generally prepare the order for sending immediately, as long as the item requested is in stock. However, sometimes unforeseeable delays do occur so it may take several days for the order to be processed and sent out. For out of stock items, we will notify you that the item is out of stock and try to get your requested item as soon as possible.
Disclaimer: We will do our best to ensure smooth and speedy delivery, however we will not be held responsible for any delays or problems that may occur once the item has left our hands. Including, but not limited to: shipping service errors, strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.
Ordering Method: Orders are normally conducted online via the website and a computer. However, in the unlikely event that one is unable to place an order online AND unable to make contact by email, we will allow for orders by phone.
Return Policy
Returns: In the case that we make an error with your order (e.g. wrong product, wrong size) or if the product is deemed defective upon arrival, you have two options. A) exchanging the unused product for a different item; B) returning the unused product for a full refund. In either case we will pay all of the shipping costs. From the day you receive the product, you have one (1) week to contact us to arrange for a return or exchange, and another week to deliver the unused product to us in the original wrapping with the original documents (2 weeks total time). Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it to verify that it has not been used or mistreated, and depending on your wishes we will send a replacement or issue a refund. We will not consider a refund without a valid reason on the part of the customer. We are not obligated to refund an item that has been used.
Exchange: Upon receiving the items you should immediately try them on before removing any tags. If you feel they don’t fit properly, you have one (1) week to contact us to arrange for exchange and another week to return the unused items to us in the original wrapping with the original documents for a replacement (2 weeks total time). You will need to pay the shipping fees to return the unused items and we will pay the shipping fees to send out your replacement pair.

Additional Costs
Shipping: Customers will be responsible for shipping costs originating from central Tokyo. In the case of 1 or 2 pairs of gloves the shipping cost will range from ¥800 (addresses in Tokyo) to ¥1,400 (addresses in Okinawa). For orders larger than 2 items, the shipping costs will naturally increase.
Consumption Tax: A consumption tax (sales tax) of 5％ will be levied on each sales transaction.
Processing and Handling: Customers will be responsible for all bank transfer fees incurred during payment. Customers are also responsible for a ¥400 postal service fee if they choose to pay by COD method.
